How It Works
The path from a first inquiry to structuring, in four steps.
Four steps
Tell us
Start your inquiryAnswer a few questions about you, your project and the capital you need. It takes about three minutes.
We review
Our team reviews your answers against our current capital programs and partners.
If there is a fit, a member of our team contacts you to discuss the opportunity.
Full intake by invitation
When it makes sense to proceed, we invite you to complete a full project submission with supporting documents.
You upload supporting documents securely, and you receive a tracking ID.
Structuring and next steps
Where there is a fit, our team works with you on how the project could be structured and what comes next. There is no set timeline, and no step is a commitment to provide capital.
What we look at
The inquiry asks where your project stands. Our team looks at:
- Project Stage
- Where the project is today.
- Estimated Project Size
- The overall size of the project.
- Capital Sought
- How much capital you are looking for.
- Capital Type
- The kind of capital the project needs.
- Timeline
- When you need the capital.
Confidentiality
All submission data is treated as confidential from the moment it enters our systems. Access is restricted to authorized personnel involved in the review process. We maintain structured handling procedures for uploaded documents, financial data, and contact information.
Tracking your submission
Tracking IDs are issued with the full project intake.
If you completed the full intake, use the email you submitted with to view status and upload requested documents.
A three-minute inquiry does not come with a tracking ID; if there is a fit, a member of our team contacts you.
